'''זעקיל יצחק פרנקל''' ([[1765]]–[[1835]]) היה פעיל, מתרגם וחוקר קהילתי [[יהודי]]-[[גרמני]]. בשנת 1818, [[ההיכל בהמבורג|כשנחנך רשמית בית הכנסת בהמבורג]] החדש, פרנקל, יחד עם [[מאיר ישראל ברסלאו]], פרסם סידור חדש לבית הכנסת, שנחשב ל[[ליטורגיה]] [[יהדות רפורמית|הרפורמית]] הראשונה.<ref>Michael A.
