אורכן של חומות אורליאנוס כ-19 ק"מ והן הקיפו שטח של 13.7 קמ"ר. החומות נבנו מלבנים ו[[בטון]], עוביין הגיע ל-3.5 מטרים, וגובהן ל-8 מטרים. מגדלים רבועיים נבנו כל 100 רגלים (כל 29.6 מטרים).
