פרסי תעשיית הקומיקס ע"ש ויל אייזנר או בקיצור פרס אייזנר המכונים גם האוסקר של תעשיית הקומיקס, [1][2] הם פרסים הניתנים להישגים יצירתיים בספרי קומיקס אמריקאים. פרס אייזנר הוענקו לראשונה ב-1988, והוכרזו כתגובה להפסקת פרס קירבי ב-1987.[3][4] הם נקראים על שמו של האמן וחלוץ הכותבים ויל אייזנר, שהשתתף בקביעות בטקס חלוקת הפרס עד למותו ב-2005. [3] בפרס אייזנר נכלל גם היכל התהילה של תעשיית הקומיקס.
המועמדויות בכל קטגוריה נבחרות על ידי צוות של חמישה שופטים, כשלמוציאים לאור בתחום ניתנת האפשרות לשלוח מועמדויות. ההצבעה נערכת על ידי כל הגורמים בתעשייה" יוצרים, מפרסמים, מוכרים וכולי. הרשימה הנבחרת מוצגת בקומיק-קון הבינלאומי הנערך בסן דייגו בחודשי יולי אוגוסט מדי שנה. ג'קי אסטרדה היא אמרכלית הפרס מאז 1990.
