Terms of Use for Drawing of the Bahá'í Gardens in Haifa

Dear Mr. Ori,

We refer to your request to use, in other places on the web, the drawing of the Bahá'í gardens in Haifa that you are currently using under the Bahá'í World Centre header in the Hebrew Wikipedia.

After consultations with our legal advisers, it has been decided to amend our standard Terms of Use in this case in order to allow the drawing to be more freely used. The image in question may be freely reprinted, e-mailed, posted to the World Wide Web and otherwise reproduced by atty individual or organization, subject to the following restrictions:
