יצירה זו היא ברשות הציבור (נחלת הכלל) כי זכויות היוצרים עליה פקעו בישראל. לפי חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס"ח-2007, יצירה עוברת לרשות הציבור ב-1 בינואר של השנה ה-71 לאחר מות היוצר/ת, אלא אם מתקיימים התנאים הבאים:
  • אם מדובר בתצלום שנעשה עד ל-24 במאי 2008 (ועד בכלל), חל על התצלום החוק המנדטורי הישן, כלומר זכויות היוצרים עליו פוקעות ב-1 בינואר של השנה ה-51 לאחר יצירת התצלום (סעיף 78(ט) של החוק משנת 2007, וסעיף 21 בחוק הישן).
