I was trying to modify the coordinates of the map, because I made a graphic modification to the SVG of the image hosted on Wikimedia Commons

I understand now, I fixed the borders. Please - if you plan any similar changes in other relevant files (like you did in Carabobo), do not try to change the borders by yourself in the Hebrew templates. Our templates are more complex than the Spanish and German equivalents, and you might cause problems like in the case of Lara.
