I have uploaded the imagery so far under a CC-BY licence on Flickr to and these are at [[:C:Category:Files uploaded by Russavia (IDF)]]. I would appreciate help in categorising and cleaning up these uploads. After categorising, you can remove the Files uploaded by Russavia (IDF) category, but leave the "Files uploaded by Russavia" category intact.
It would be great if they go ahead and relicence the rest of their stream, and I will update on Commons in a few days.
