Menachem Domb (Born July 23, 1953) is a performance research engineering and systems analysis professor and serves as the head of the computer science department at Ashkelon Academic College. Domb has 30 years of experience teaching and research in academic institutions in Israel and abroad. Associate Professor and Doctor of Science in Performance Research Engineering and Systems Analysis, and three master's degrees in business administration, Mathematics, and Computer Science. Lecturer at the academy in the departments of computer science, economics, logistics, accounting, computer engineering, information systems, industry and management, and performance research.

At the same time, professional experience of 36 years of applying for senior positions in the Ministry of Defense, in hi-tech, software, and international communication companies.

After military service and studies at the Har Etzion settlement yeshiva, Domb turned to studying mathematics and computer science. In 1978 he completed a bachelor's degree at Bar-Ilan University and, in 1982, a Second in Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. From 1982 to 1986, he was an emissary in the Ministry of Defense procurement delegation in New York. During his years of service in New York, he completed another master's degree in applied mathematics and computer science at New York University NYU. In 1996, he completed his studies for a Doctor of Science degree in performance research and systems analysis at the Technion. Domb gained extensive professional experience in senior management positions in international software companies in the fields of medicine, government, and communications. In 1997, he went to the United States on a mission of the Amdocs company as a customer manager in Missouri. During his stay there, he studied at the University of Washington as a postdoctoral student in the School of Engineering, the Center for Optimization. He was involved in projects for the American Army and continued as a guest lecturer. In 2002, he joined Ashkelon Academic College as a senior lecturer. In 2009, he was appointed an associate professor and, starting in 2019, serves as the head of the computer science department at the college. In recent years, he has published articles and book chapters, participated in many conferences, and recorded Several patents in Cyber Defense and Telecommunications.
