Українська: На щиті Матiр Божа, що тримає на руках Спасителя. Пiд її ногами вмiщено герб засновника мiста "Лелiва", навколо зроблений напис "Patrona oppidi Novogrodensis" ("Покровителька мiста Новогродського"). Напис на гербi дозволяє спiвставити Копайгород з Новгородом - мiстом, яке згадується у складеному на початку ХVст. "Списковi руських мiст ближнiх i дальнiх."
