Deutsch: Verlegung eines Stolpersteins durch Günter Demnig vor dem Historischen Rathaus von Köln zur Erinnerung an den Befehl Heinrich Himmlers vom 16. Dezember 1942, die sogenannten „Zigeuner“ aus dem Deutschen Reich in das Konzentrations- und Vernichtungslager Auschwitz zu deportieren.
