No homepage, no official info, nothing in English: Houdini Centre!

It is very hard to define the past and even more so the current role and attributions of the Centre, but also the year it was established - was it 1919 as a grassroot farmers' initiative, or one year later as part of the newly-founded Histadrut? - etc. They don't have a working website anymore, maybe someone here can find out if they are "hidden" somwhere under another umbrella org or under a different name?
