I think it would be a good idea to explain what you're trying to do with the new category you created. It isn't named correctly, but more importantly we already have indications for the languages each user speaks. Please look at my user page, you can see the languages there, and as they are categories you can easily see the other users who speak them. Cheers,

- Thanks for the heads-up. I got confused because a) I looked for the nonexistent Template:User he-1, and b) there was no interwiki link from en:Wikipedia:Babel and related pages (and also the expected ויקיפדיה:בבל doesn't exist). The category should be put up for speedy deletion, of course, if it's a duplicate or whatever. - Yes, justification is problematic. We normally don't use English so it's not that bad. I'll mark the category for deletion. FYI your user name also does not conform to our standards - we do not use NIKKUD in article or user names, because it's rarely used by Hebrew speakers and the search function can't cope with it.
