Sorry for the English, but my Hebrew is not good enough for this. This is just a mechanical reproduction of a painting, so the photographer has no rights in it at all. The real question is whether the painting is still copyright. The subject died in 1930, so the artist may well have lived past 1939, which would mean his work is still copyright. If it can be established that he died more than 70 years ago, then the picture is in the Public domain. Either way the template that's on it now is false. -- Zsero - שיחה 17:26, 14 באוקטובר 2009 (IST)
