Eitan Palti Behar was born in Tel Aviv in, Israel.

Joining a Zionist-activist Youth Organization at early age, Eitan became a young youth leader and was involved with Zionist seminars around the world as well as with a political party.

He joined the Missile Ship unit of the Israeli Navy from which he was discharged in 2001 with the rank of staff sergeant. Following his military service, Eitan was asked to represent Israel, the Jewish Agency and the world Zionist Organization in the USA. Shortly after his military service, he was sent to Cleveland, and served there for over 3 years as an emissary, promoting the ideals of Aliyah, Judaism, Zionism, Israel advocacy and more.

In 2004, Eitan started his academic studies in the USA, however decided to move back to Israel and join the prestige IDC Herzliya College. Eitan holds a B.A. degree in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy with majors in Middle East Counter-Terrorism and homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

During his studies at IDC, Eitan worked as the Head of the English Speaking Department of an Activist Zionist Organization around the world, promoting the idea of pre-Aliyah programs in Israel and Israeli advocacy. In addition, he was sent to the USA by a political party to meet with the Jewish and Christian community in order to create a strong pro-Israel lobby in the USA.

Following his Zionistic vision, Eitan founded the Turkish Olim Club, a voluntary organization that promoted Jewish and Zionistic values and help new Turkish immigrants to better adjust to their new life in Israel.

Currently, Eitan is working as a Deputy to the General Manager of foreign airlines company in Israel. In his spare time, he lectures about counter terrorism and homeland security in the Middle East to various groups in Israel.

Eitan is fluent in Hebrew, English, Ladino, and has some basic knowledge in Turkish and Arabic.
