Miss.Michal Hubschmann is an Israeli entrepreneur who was a professional athlete all her life. Her biggest achievement was winning an European championship in long jump for youth. After her sport career and serving the Israeli army, she studied hotel management and worked in several significant hotels in Tel-aviv and London. She founded her first company, Easytobook.com - an online booking reservation system, in 2004 in the Netherland. Michal sold this first company in 2011 to one of the largest travel companies in the world- BCD Travel. At that time, the company had 80 employees and a turnover of EUR 100 mil.
After 2 years full of challenges and research and development, she set up her second company in August 2014, called RelevancyData.com, based in the Netherland, where she was selected for a startup accelerator program - Starupbootcamp.org. Her experience within the entrepreneurial world encouraged her to strive to inspire more women to actively take part in the startup environment. In 2015, Michal successfully presented RelevancyData in several pitching contests such as MIP-TV in France, TechCrunch - Disrupt in USA, Polar Bear pitching in Finland and Festival of Media Global in Italy. Michal Is one of the International Circle of Influencers at Start up Delta Start Up Delta is a governmental initiative to support the Dutch government to improve the start up ecosystem .
