בשנת 2016 החל לשחק בתפקיד ראשי בסדרת הדרמה הקומית The Durrells.[3]
ידוע גם בזכות גילום דמותו של ג'וש מרסדן בסדרת הדרמה הקומית "רגליים קרות".[3][4][5]
הוא הופיע גם בתור רנדל ג'ונס[3][6] בפרק מהעונה השביעית של הדרמה התקופתית הבלשית Father Brown.
בשנת 2020 החל להופיע בתפקיד ראשי בסדרה "כל היצורים גדולים כקטנים" על ג'יימס הריוט. וודהאוס מגלם את טריסטן פרנון, אחיו הצעיר של זיגפריד פרנון.[7] הסדרה חודשה לעונה שנייה, גם היא בת שישה פרקים בתוספת ספיישל חג המולד, ששודר בספטמבר 2021.[8] עונה שלישית שודרה ב-2022.
