נורית גרונאו
נורית גרונאו (נולדה ב-28 באוקטובר 1969) היא פסיכולוגית קוגניטיבית, פרופסור חבר במחלקה לחינוך ופסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטה הפתוחה.

ביוגרפיה עריכה
פרופסור גרונאו למדה את כל תאריה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. היא סיימה בשנת 1994 תואר ראשון בפסיכולוגיה ומוזיקולוגיה, ובשנת 1997 סיימה תואר שני בנוירופסיכולוגיה. את שני התארים סיימה בהצטיינות יתרה. את הדוקטורט היא סיימה בשנת 2004 בפסיכולוגיה קוגניטיבית. נושא עבודת הדוקטור שלה היה השפעתם של גירויים משמעותיים וגירויים תלויי-מטלה על מנגנון הקשב במטלות ממקדות. העבודה נכתבה בהדרכתם של פרופסור אשר כהן ופרופסור גרשון בן שחר.
בשנים 2004 עד 2007 שהתה בהשתלמות פוסט דוקטורט בבית הספר לרפואה של אוניברסיטת הרווארד ובבית החולים הכללי מסצ'וסטס. בשנת 2008 החקבלה כחברה במחלקה לחינוך ופסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטה הפתוחה. בשנת 2010 הועלתה לדרגת מרצה בכירה, ובשנת 2017 הועלתה לדרגת פרופסור חבר. בשנים 2018 עד 2022 כיהנה כראש המחלקה.
מחקריה של פרופסור גרונאו מתמקדים בתפיסה חזותית, בקשב חזותי ובזיכרון חזותי. היא בוחנת את היעילות שבה מנגנון הקשב מסייע לנו לברור גירויים בשדה החזותי, ואת הגורמים שמשפיעים על היכולת לבצע אינטגרציה בין הגירויים במצבים של משאבי קשב מוגבלים. מחקריה עוסקים באופן שבו אנשים זוכרים פרטים של עצמים בודדים ושל סצנות שלמות בעולם חזותי דינמי ובר-חלוף. בתוך כך, היא חוקרת את המרכיבים הסמנטיים המעורבים בעיבוד וזיכרון של עצמים ושל סצנות. היא הייתה בין היוזמות והמקימות של האגודה הישראלית לפסיכולוגיה קוגניטיבית (ISCoP), והיא חברה בוועדה המארגנת של הכנס השנתי של האגודה. נוסף על כך, היא חברה בוועדות שיפוט של כנסים בין-לאומיים, כגון הכנס השנתי של ה-Psychonomic Society, והכנס השנתי של ה-Visual Science Society. בשנת 2021 הצטרפה לתוכנית מובילים באקדמיה, תוכנית לאומית לפיתוח מנהיגות אקדמית, ביוזמת המועצה להשכלה גבוהה בישראל וקרן אדמונד דה רוטשילד. עבודותיה של גרונאו התפרסמו בכתבי עת בין-לאומיים רבים והיא גם חברת מערכת במספר כתבי עת.
